Paul Berg is currently Cahill Professor Emeritus of Biochemistry at Stanford University Medical Center and Director Emeritus of Stanford's Beckman Center for Molecular and Genetic Medicine Center Maxine Singer served as Research Biochemist at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and then as Chief of the National Cancer Institute's Laboratory of Biochemistry; she is now Scientist Emeritus at the NIH
